Vanter Space is a photo studio in Prague's Žižkov district, rented out by everyone from professional photographers with their own gear to first-time creators who need help with absolutely everything. That was the first problem the website had to solve: show the space so a photographer arguing over softbox types can picture it instantly, while still convincing someone who has never rented a studio in their life.
The second problem was operational: without online booking, every enquiry meant a phone call or a string of messages, and during busy periods that means lost bookings and time spent on admin instead of behind the camera.
Instead of one interior photo, I built the hero section as an interactive scene switcher – visitors click through 8 styled backdrops (Elegant, Dreamy, Obsidian, Boho, Floral, Cosmic and more) and immediately see the exact atmosphere they would be renting, before they even send a message.
I integrated the Reservanto booking system directly into the page, so clients pick a slot and pay without ever leaving the site or picking up the phone. Alongside that, I published the full technical spec of the equipment – exact models of flashes, continuous lighting and backdrops – because experienced photographers decide based on the actual gear, not a vague promise of "professional equipment".
For international clients (Prague has a strong community of foreign creators), I built a complete English version of the site with the same structure and booking flow.
Vanter Space now has a website that sells for itself – a client browses the scenes, checks the equipment, reads the reviews, and books a slot right there, without ever needing to arrange anything by phone. The studio runs as a self-service business, leaving the owner free to shoot, not do admin.
