Viladům Krč is a new-build development with 9 apartment units ranging from studios to 3-bedroom flats, priced from 6.79 to 12.49 million Kč. Buying a flat for millions of crowns is not a decision people make after one phone call – they need to know exactly which unit they are considering, what it costs, whether it is still available, and how they would actually finance it.
A static PDF of floor plans and "call us for availability" does not cut it. The developer also needed a unit's status (available / reserved / sold) to be updatable instantly and reflected everywhere on the site the moment something actually changes in the sales process.
I built a live interactive floor plan – SVG layers for each floor (1st-4th), where visitors click directly on a specific unit to see its price, floor area, layout and real-time availability. Nobody wastes time enquiring about a flat that's already long gone.
Behind it sits a custom admin panel where the developer updates a unit's status the moment a reservation is signed – and that change reflects within seconds on the homepage, the price list, and that unit's own detail page, because everything reads from the same database table. I paired that with a rough mortgage calculator so buyers can work out repayments themselves before ever picking up the phone, and an interactive map (Leaflet.js) with specific points of interest – Arkády Pankrác, Krč Hospital, Kavčí hory – instead of a vague "close to everything".
One single source of truth for 9 units across sales, admin and the public site – plus a set of self-serve tools (floor plan, calculator, map) that answer the questions a sales rep would otherwise have to repeat on every single phone call.
